6145 N. Broadway

Our most ambitious project yet, a six story, 105 unit mixed-use building in Chicago’s Edgewater neighborhood. The project will feature state-of-the-art amenities and luxurious living quarters. The project is ideally located, just a short distance from the Granville CTA station easing the burden of commuting and encouraging our tenants to live a “car-free” lifestyle.

851 W Montrose

The historic “Hazelton” building in Uptown is currently under renovation. The building will be majority studios aimed at providing affordable living with Class A amenities. Historically, the building was home to a speak-easy which we are preserving and restoring as a lounge and rec room for our tenants. The building is due to be finished in the spring of 2018.

5701 N Ashland

The Hollywood and Ashland building was one of our first purchases as City Pads. It was once a tired looking office building in the heart of Andersonville that we transformed it into a modern, sleek and stylish mixed-use building with 10 apartments and a retail space with garage parking. The apartments feature our signature elegant finishes and innovative design.

1619 W Warren

This center entrance 6-flat was underutilizing the city zoning. We seen an opportunity to upgrade the existing units with our signature high quality finishes in the new kitchens and bathrooms adding the convenience of in-unit washer/dryers to each apartment. The six existing units have been rehabbed and are leased. We are currently working on 2 brand new garden units which should be completed by spring of 2018.

1831 S Racine

This former community center rehab has been one of our favorite projects we worked on. The abandoned community center, rich in history, was rehabbed in partnership with Common, a co-living start-up out of New York city. The tired looking building has been revitalized with a new iconic mural from the original artist and will a neighborhood centerpiece for years to come.

The building was previously used as an office space before our purchase in 2015. In partnership with Ginosi Apartels, a short term
stay hotel that offers furnished suites, we converted the building into 22 “Apartels” which are hybrid hotels with the conveniences of apartments. The once bland building is now a stand out in the area, sleek, modern and vibrant.
